The body of O. J. Simpson may be cremated on Tuesday, and his mind will not be removed prior to be preserved for CTE study, according to Simpson’s land administrator, according to the New York Post.
The family refused to allow Simpson’s brain to be included in a Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy ( CTE ) study, according to Malcolm LaVergne, who has represented him since 2009 and is the executor of the infamous former NFL star’s estate.

CTE is a chronic mental condition that is linked to players who have experienced repeated head injury and blowups.
Some have linked the presence of CTE to despair, murder, and aggressive behavior.
LaVergne says he has received many calls for Simpson’s mental for CTE study.
” With OJ, all crazy, but I’ve been getting names from health facilities that are doing CTE tests asking me for OJ’s mind… that is not happening”, LaVergne asserted.
” I may consult with the children on it, but I have n’t heard anything about it, so it’s just not going to happen. James wants all of his brain cremated , for his kids to do what they see fit”.
While LaVergne and a doctor have signed off on Simpson’s death, the former person’s children have apparently not yet signed away.
” Tuesday is the predicted… time that he will , really been cremated”, LaVergne said. ” That’s what OJ wanted. Those are OJ’s hopes, and that’s what the kids are telling me”.
LaVergne did not specify whether a death would become held. However, he did offer the possibility of a personal “celebration of life-style” meeting at some point.
” Right now, there’s no precise plans for a cremation service”, LaVergne said. ” There is, nevertheless, a chance that there will be a celebration of life- form services at a later date and time, which will be limited to Mr. Simpson’s near circle of friends and home”.
Following a fight with penile cancer, Simpson passed away last year. He had been identified with the disorder in February, according to some studies. Despite the fact that LaVergne has claimed to have battled the illness for a while before succumbing to a rise of the disease that started earlier this year.
In 1997, two years after he was found guilty of criminal homicide for the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her companion Ron Goldman, Simpson was found legally responsible for their deaths and ordered to pay$ 33.5 million to the families of the victims.

LaVergne, but, vows to avoid the Goldmans from receiving any income.
” It’s my hope that the Goldmans get zero, nothing”, LaVergne said. ” Them especially. And I’ll do anything possible to make sure they receive nothing in my capacity as the executor or specific consultant.
