Under the new harsh talk restrictions, less than three in ten followers of his own party are convinced that he is doing a good job, leading to a decline in popular Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf’s recognition.
First Minister Yousaf’s net popularity among those who cast ballot for his Scottish National Party ( SNP ) in the 2019 general election dropped to 7 %, a significant decrease from January when the leftist leader had a net 14 % popularity rate, according to a survey conducted by Norstat for The Sunday Times  between April 9 and 12th.
More than half of Scottish voters think that his performance is poor than good, according to the poll, which was conducted following the turbulent introduction of new hate speech laws spearheaded by Yousaf.
Yousaf saw the steepest collapse in the Scottish electorate as a whole since Norstat’s most recent study in January, with the communist first minister’s online popularity falling drastically by 15 points to a bad 32 score.
By simply three points, Yousaf is forward of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who has struggled with his own reputation issues.
Sir John Curtice, a professor of politics at Strathclyde University and a pinning expert, said that the poll revealed that Yousaf  is “deeply and exceedingly unhappy” Curtice questioned whether the SNP would be willing to risk installing Yousaf in a subsequent head in as many times without an vote as it did last year when the scandal-ridden state of Nicola Sturgeon was disbanded.
Rumors have suggested that Yousaf should step down following the UK common election, in which his party is expected to face off against Stephen Flynn or previous Scottish finance director Kate Forbes, who recently ran for the best job but was sidelined in favor of Yousaf in large part due to her expressing her Catholic beliefs during the leadership contest.

The Hate Crime Public Order ( Scotland ) Act 2021, which had been in place for years, received embarrassing results from Yousaf’s survey. The rollout of the novel speech restrictions, which criminalise the dimly- worded offence of” stirring up hatred” against some guarded classes of people, such as ethnic minorities or the therefore- called LGBT community. Up to seven years in prison are served for those who break the law.
Many American reported him to the authorities for allegedly breaking the law because of his BLM-inspired political rant, in which he claimed that Scotland, a nation of almost 96 % light, had too many white people in positions of authority, in a degrading turn of events.
The police said they would not look into Yousaf or record the conversation as a “non-crime love event” despite rumor that they received more complaints than Harry Potter creator J. K. Rowling for her public declaration that many prominent transgender people were men.

Police Scotland reportedly has a script for officers to write to the public trying to file a complaint against Yousaf in the midst of the plethora of complaints against the first minister.
According to The Telegraph, there was no malice or bad behavior toward anyone or group displayed in anything said, so it does not fall under the definition of a non-crime hate incident, according to the script.
Yousaf has tried to refute his claim that only racists and “far right members” were the only ones who were outraged by his infamous “white” rant.
However, Sharon Dowey, a Tory Member of the Scottish Parliament, pointed out that the fact that police officers have effectively been given a script on how to respond to the flood of complaints made against the First Minister under the legislation he piloted and introduced is a measure of how ridiculous Humza Yousaf’s hate crime law is.
