Wednesday, during an appearance on Fox Business Network’s “Mornings with Maria, ” House Oversight Committee chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY ) expressed his frustration with President Joe Biden’s and his administrations ‘ attempts to resolve potential wrongdoing and whether he and his associates were attempting to sell access to foreign adversaries.
The Republican in Kentucky said that Congress had the option of bringing up legal charges and impeachment.
“We’ve cited all of the problems that we’ve had of crime with the Bidens with painful evidence in the form of bank statements, emails, text messages, sworn evidence, we’ve conducted this investigation by the book, ” he said. We dotted every I and crossed every T, we said. So we wanted to give the President a chance to witness. Yet if he did n’t wish to speak, Maria, we tried to make it even easier. ”
We gave him a list of issues to respond, just like he had a meeting with the person who gave his household millions of dollars. ” Player continued.
