Republicans are “strongly ” backing Israel, which is fighting a war against Islamic terrorism in the Middle East and for its own sake, according to Rep. President Joe Biden was attacked by Claudia Tenney (R-NY ) for promising not to support an Israeli response and for having made the Islamic regime “flush with cash” by reversing former president Donald Trump’s crippling sanctions, which fueled it and its terrorist proxies.
Lauding Trump’s “maximum pressure campaign, ” which imposed “tough ” sanctions on Iran, Tenney also criticized Biden for having “unraveled ” all that the Trump administration accomplished, having “turned the world upside-down, ” and having put Israel in a “perilous position ” while the Middle East was on a “path to peace. ”
In an exclusive meeting with Breitbart News on Tuesday, Tenney, a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, slammed the Biden administration ’s leaking to the media — before Saturday and Sunday ’s extraordinary attack — that Iran may strike in 48 hours.
Biden’s telegraphing of an attack against Israel [from Iran ] was a little unsettling, she said. How is that a safe statement to make, and why is he telegraphing it for the rest of the world? ”
During a visit on Saturday, Biden officially told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the U.S. was in trouble with Israel soon after Iran launched more than 300 missiles and drones at the country. S. refused to support any Jewish response, telling the Jewish Premier to “take the win” by standing up for his nation.
The current administration’s plan of appeasement, then, increased and enshrined the Islamic regime’s ability to attack Israel both through its despair proxies and straight.
What is the Biden administration doing by giving money to Iran and leaving them a flush with cash, which they are using to attack our ally [ Israel], while Iran also providing money to Hamas from the sanctions relief? And presently Iran is immediately hitting Israel, which is an extraordinary event, ” she said. Knowing that, in addition to Joe Biden and a select some other people, we Republicans are firmly in favor of Israel, I am very anxious and optimistic that Israel will work. ”
While insisting that Israelis would “obviously ” defend themselves and reiterating that “we are behind them, ” the congresswoman noted that “we helped ” when Iran, for the first time, attacked Israel directly on Saturday.
As you may well know, there was a successful joint security campaign to prevent and stop the Iranian assault on Israel, ” she said. “It was a coordinated energy, although Israel did the lion’s communicate, using its folded weapon defence, which miraculously saved lives. ”

Tenney then addressed the weak policies of the existing administration, which have allowed Iran’s nuclear enrichment plan to grow alarmingly fast, noting that the Biden presidency allowed sanctions on Iran’s nuclear missiles to disappear in October, just six months before Sunday’s ballistic missile strike on Israel.
We [in the House ] wrote a letter last month warning that Iran’s uranium enrichment levels are almost at their current levels after some of the opposition party and management supporters were pushing for them to. ” she stated.
Insisting that “we did n’t need to be in the nuclear deal because we found out they were violating the deal anyway, ” Tenney lauded Trump’s “maximum pressure campaign, ” which imposed “tough ” sanctions, causing Iranians to “lose their ability ” to run their country.
We saw a large number of Iranian freedom fighters come forth to protest the government after they killed Mahsa Amini and displayed incredible courage as the Iranian people stood up to the government, even as Iran sat in the middle of execution, literally killing, and continuing to execute activists, ” Tenney said. “And yet, we just abandoned that cause, too. There was nothing from the Biden administration to protect these freedom fighters, much like what transpired during the uprising when Obama was in office, but many of us [in the House ] made a resolution that day in support of the uprising and against the regime’s oppression. ”
Warning of the “perilous ” situation currently escalating between the Islamic regime and Israel, Tenney emphasized that “we have to back Israel right now, 100 percent. ”
She also expressed her deep concern about the stalled Israeli aid package, claiming that it is crucial that we continue to support Israel because it is” not just fighting their own war, but they are fighting a war for us and for the West, ” and that it is important to do so. ”
She then highlighted how and why she had nominated Trump won the 2024 Nobel Peace Prize earlier.
With the exception of President Trump, no other member of an international agreement on Israel and the Palestinian situation has ever received a Nobel Peace Prize! And yet, he accomplished the most effective agreement, the Abraham Accords. Although I am aware that the Abraham Accords, which he received from the Nobel Committee, gave him a lot of hope, especially since they will never grant it to him, are important. Let’s do that first, and then hope the Palestinians will join us. ”
However, she noted, all of that “has been unraveled, unfortunately, by the Biden administration. ”
“Three short years and 45,000 votes that decided the election of 2020 have turned the world upside-down and put Israel in a perilous position, ” she said. No one could have imagined that the Middle East would experience peace and prosperity, which is what no one could have predicted. ”
“Let’s hope that changes, ” she added. We simply need to assist Israel in moving past this. ”
Though we “don’t know what’s coming, ” Tenney insisted, “we have to be ready. ”
“That’s why I support the upcoming Israel aid package, ” she concluded. “Hopefully, it will be voted on this week. ”
On Tuesday, Tenney spoke at an event of the Keep God’s Land organization in Washington, DC. The function brought together 150 top Christian, Jewish, and conservative leaders to “make their voices heard in opposition to the Biden administration ’s push for a unilateral decision of a two-state solution. ”
Tenney received an award from the Israel Heritage Foundation ( IHF ) in New York City earlier in April for her “unwavering support ” of Israel and efforts to combat antisemitism as Biden and his Democrat colleagues continued to press Israel to capitulate to the terrorist organization Hamas in its current conflict in Gaza.
She criticized the Biden administration’s “misguided decision” to revoke the Trump-Pompeo Doctrine, which established that Israelis had a right to reside in Judea and Samaria ( the West Bank ), calling it “our greatest ally in the Middle East.” ”
