The “misogyny ” that will include offences against biologically male transgender people was once again demonstrated the “contempt” leftist First Minister Humza Yousaf holds for women, J. K. Rowling has declared.
Amid the controversial and chaotic introduction of the speech-restricting Hate Crime and Public Order ( Scotland ) Act, which came into full force at the start of this month, Humza Yousaf’s leftist-separatist Scottish National Party ( SNP ) government is looking to introduce fresh legislation against “abusive and humiliating ” behaviour from men.
The proposed legislation had criminalise “misogynistic behaviour”, including crimes in which no woman was particularly targetted , such as watching sexuality in public or having loud, creative intimate conversations about people in a public space where they can be heard by people.
Separately, instances of “misogynistic harassment ” would also become criminal, such as yelling inappropriate remarks towards a woman on the street or using so-called abusive “to a girl who does not want to be ‘chatted up” , The Telegraph information. Moreover, making sexual or figurative threats to women online would also be considered a distinct offence.
The recently passed hate crime law, which criminalized “stirring up hatred ” against various protected groups of people but did not include girls as one of them, is alleged to be a part of the legislation’s purported goal.
Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf has drawn criticism for recognizing that biologically male trans people who identify as women will also be protected by the new privileges.
Yousaf told the BBC : ” Women and girls may be protected, and trans women will also be protected,” he says,” for example, they will frequently be the ones who are threatened with murder or disfigurement.”
The person making the threat does n’t know whether the victim is a trans woman or cis woman when a trans woman walks down the street and is threatened with rape. Because they perceive that individual as a person, they may make that threat. ”

The number of complaints against Yousaf under the new law is so high that Police Scotland is reportedly given a script from the government explaining why they do n’t think the first minister’s comments violate the speech restrictions.
