
A prospective juror who reportedly told the court that she could remain impartial in the trial of former president Donald Trump admitted in an interview on Tuesday that she is” not a fan” of him and cited a number of factors, including his comments about China, which she claimed made her angry. ”
The jury was officially fired because of scheduling conflicts, but an appointment with the female revealed that despite claiming to be impartial, she is not a fan of the former president.

“During COVID-19 I live with someone who is impaired, and I think his management of COVID-19 was horrible, ” she said, failing to provide more precise information.

The New York Times reported on day three of the jury selection on Thursday that 48 prospective jury left because they felt they had n’t be fair and impartial, and nine more were excused for various reasons without giving any justifications. ”
Thirty-nine then remain in that party. It comes as a result of a report that one of the seven jurors who lately sworn in has been instantly excused.
