In 2021, Lyon County District Judge John Schlegelmilch ruled against the state’s restrictions because it was too vague. The condition appealed Schlegelmilch’s choice, resulting in event going before the Nevada Supreme Court.
The Associated Press reported Polymer80, a well known Nevada-based gun parts firm, argued that many of the ban’s words were hardly evidently defined. However, the Nevada Supreme Court saw it different, deciding overwhelmingly to defend the restrictions.
