A man was caught on video setting himself on fire near the Manhattan Criminal Court on Friday evening as judge choice for original president Donald Trump’s legal case involving hush-money payments was wrapping up.

Around 1:30 p.m., a person set himself on fireplace outside the Manhattan Criminal Court, according to law enforcement sources. m. The man set himself on fireplace in a locked area across the street from the Manhattan Criminal Court on 100 Centre Street, according to The New York Post, who was identified by authorities as a 20-year-old and perhaps a homeless person.

The fire incident occurred just as the jury selection process for the former president’s criminal prosecution in New York City was wrapping up, according to The New York Post.

The man was seated in the garden while being surrounded by embers, according to a graphic picture from Friday’s event. Additionally, it was discovered that the person was twitching as the fire burned his body. Law enforcement personnel immediately rushed over to the person with fire extinguisher and extinguished the flames.

One police officer was overheard about 20 minutes after the event, according to The New York Post, saying, “Someone set themselves on fire. ”

Reporter Nick Sortor shared a photo of the person being shot live on television while surrounded in lights. “This was caught on LIVE TV, ” Sortor tweeted. Why do people continue to do this? ! ”

The New York Post reports that rules protection has not yet disclosed the weapon used by the person to start the fire. First responders transported the person to a nearby hospital, but he is still in a critical condition.

The man had been sitting on a chair in the area when he suddenly threw his belongings on the ground, soaked himself in an unnamed material, and set himself on fire right away, according to sources who spoke to The New York Post.

One witness to the affair told The New York Post,” I heard this rumbling and it was these documents that he had flung off and they clattered to the surface.” He then pulled out a could and poured it over himself. At that point, I thought, ‘Oh this could be horrendous. ‘ ”

The witness continued,” And he took out, I believe, a lighter and lit himself on fire after pouring himself with something naturally flammable.” ”

According to sources close to the investigation, police are investigating whether the man’s motivation to start lighting himself on fire was connected to the continued Trump test.
