Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized the Biden administration’s reported decision on Saturday to impose sanctions on an IDF system for alleged human rights violations committed against Palestinians in the past.
The sanctions, first reported by Axios reporter Barak Ravid, would apply to the Netzach Yehudah ( “Power of Judea” ) unit, which enlists ultra-Orthodox soldiers and has been moved from the West Bank to the Golan Heights.
The sanctions would be the first to be imposed on an IDF system and arrive at a crucial time in Israel’s fight against terrorism when it is facing attacks from Iran and all of its intermediaries, including the ongoing battle against Hamas jihadists in Gaza.
Officials from all social parties criticized the U.S. S. choice, pointing out that Israel has its own criminal method for handling problems against men.
Netanyahu expressed his gratitude to the United States initially. S. Congress for granting Israel$ 17 billion in military help, then publicly expressed his indignation at the Biden administration for funding an Army system in the middle of the conflict.
A much-appreciated help bill that shows strong republican support for Israel and defends American society was recently passed by the US Congress. Thank you companions, congratulate you America!

The purpose to implement a sanction on an IDF unit is the height of absurdity and a spiritual low, Netanyahu said, as our soldiers are engaged in a battle with the “monsters of despair.”
Gentz and others expressed their agreement in a statement on social press:
The Israel Defense Forces are inseparably connected to each other’s ‘Netzah Yehuda ‘ regiment. It is required to operate in total compliance with international laws and is subject to military rules.
The State of Israel has a sturdy, independent judicial system that evaluates fastidiously…

What motivated the U.S. to move forward is unknown. S. to impose sanctions on Israeli citizens who have not been charged with any violence or have been found guilty of any crime, in addition to another contentious ones.
In Israel, it is commonly believed that Biden is trying to distance himself from Israel in order to pacify Michigan’s Muslim and Arab-American citizens out of fear of losing his election bid.
In addition, left-wing staff who are steadfastly pressed against the management are rebelling against it. The State Department has recently conducted “listening sessions” where employees who have no connection to Israel or the Middle East are permitted to chastise their bosses about the United States. S. support for Israel, with little or no opposition from top leaders.
