California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom wants to be a “good cousin ” by allowing Arizonans to kill their children in his position, he said  during an appearance on MSNBC’s Inside with Jen Psaki  on Sunday.

After the Arizona Supreme Court in April, Newsom announced during the meeting that he plans to introduce legislation that would help Arizonans to have abortions in his position. upheld a near-total abortion restrictions from 1864. After Arizona Republicans double blocked an energy to repeal the law, the law is anticipated to go into effect in the upcoming week.

“We’re then doing that as it relates to being a good neighbor, not just to those that seek reproductive care and reproductive freedom, but also to our neighbors, particularly in Arizona, ” Newsom said. We have some suggestions to ensure that those who seek treatment in California have their up as well. ”

The legislation, according to reports, may make it easier for Arizona abortionists to obtain their permits so they could have pregnancies in California. The costs will be discussed in the legislature this year, according to Newsom.

Brandon Richards, a spokeswoman for Newsom, told  the Washington Post that the governor’s department has collaborated with state legislators to “quickly and properly ” answer the the Arizona Supreme Court’s decision. More information about how fast the bill may be passed into law will be made available to the publication, according to Richards, who did not offer more details.

Newsom and the governor of Arizona collaborated. According to the report, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes ( D) and Texas Attorney General Kris Hobbs ( D)” to develop a plan that would expedite Arizona abortion providers ‘ abilities to provide reproductive care to their constituents in California.”

The abortionists who violate the law face jail time as well as the prohibition of abortions in Arizona’s 1864 laws, which only applies to those who save the mother’s life. If Arizona’s 15-week pregnancy cap, which was passed into law in March 2022, was it overriding the previous one? While the jury did not rule on the validity of the 1864 law, judges held that the 1864 rules supersedes the state’s newer 15-week control.

At the same time, pro-abortion protesters are   moving forward  with a proposed amendment that would grant Arizona a legal right to abortion.

Arizona for Abortion Access — a  coalition  of teams that includes ACLU of Arizona, Affirm Sexual and Reproductive Health, Arizona List, Healthcare Rising Arizona, NARAL Arizona, and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Arizona — said they have amassed more than 500,000 names, well past the 383,923 required for the proposed amendment to count for the ballot in November.   A simple lot may be required to complete the abortion measure before it can be cast on November’s vote.

One of the at least ten states in which pro-abortion campaigners are found is Arizona. working  to define the right to murder the newborn.
