Obama even botched the meaning of the Passover holiday, which is not about “resilience, forgiveness, and registration, ” but particularly about freedom — the flexibility of the Jewish prisoners who were liberated in the Exodus from Egypt.
Like “hostages” and “antisemitism, ” the word “freedom” did not appear in Obama’s message. He even neglected the fact that for many Jews, the flexibility of the hostages, many of whom are slaves, is a big Easter style this season.
Obama firmly supported Israel at first when Hamas launched the conflict with its September 7 evil harm. Before Israel had entered Gaza, he reversed and began to equivocate under the strain of left-wing campaigners.
