At a Thursday school board meeting, Pennbrook scholar Emily criticized educators, counselors, and officials for allowing it and described the agonizing assault on her companion by the violent girl.
“You could’ve stopped it, ” Emily said, claiming she had warned faculty about a “hit list ” that included the girl who was assaulted, as well as herself.
Five days passed when I said it was going to happen. I don’t get how you could n’t have stopped that, ” the brave girl said.
She continued, claiming that a different woman had been targeted by the trans scholar for lunch every day. And they would go to the therapist each day to let them know this was going to happen. ”
Emily claims that she and two other students also filled out paperwork to say that they were informed that they were being targeted and that they had been instructed to “watch their backs” at lunch.
A teacher reportedly replied to her issues with, “Don’t worry about it, it ’s no gonna’ occur. ”
The trans student also reportedly screamed, “I’m gonna murder you! ” several days at her patients.
Video from the school board meeting captured Emily’s emotional testimony, recounting how blood was “dripping ” from her friend’s head in the attack that lasted 28 minutes — countering the district’s claim that it lasted for only eight.
We had to take the victim’s mouth out while she was bleeding, and I may never forget that! I only kept repeating it in my mind while I was sleeping next day, ” the woman said.

School Superintendent Todd Bauer referred to the attack as “deeply disturbing ” in the meeting. That was n’t adequate enough for outraged parents, though.
Many protectors also asserted that their kids went to school in dread of being targeted and that video had already been circulating on social media of the thug acting violently.
“There was a violent track record of this child, and I want to call on one of the board members to evaluate the ‘Safe2Say ’ program, call a special committee, just like you did for the renovations at the high school, to evaluate everything that happened and report back to the community, ” said Shannon Main.
Another parent, Sarah Batory, said her son told her,“ When I close my eyes, all I see is [the victim’s ] blood. ”
The committee meeting concluded with furious kids yelling at officials.
“There is no remark that we are able to make at this time, because of everyone’s expected operation right, and because of the law. I do hope that I was answers those questions. Additionally, table vice chairman Christian Fusco said,” My heart is broken.
“As an tutor, as your supervisor, and as a father, I am appalled by what happened, ” Bauer said. “We are now pursuing the facts leading up to this event, and why it occurred. We are also collaborating with our local law enforcement, and their inspection, as we work to ensure that something like this can happen once in our classrooms. ”
He added, “Such conduct has no place in our classrooms. You expect better, we expect better, and truly I do as well. ”
According to the Daily Mail, the transgender youth has since been charged with aggravated rape and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
The 12-year-old target is also hospitalized.
