
A Florida MMA fighter’s naked-foot grappling with an alligator that was disturbing a town in Jacksonville has gone viral on social media.
Mike Dragich, who articles his animals and martial art glad as @bluecollar_brawler on Instagram, had no tools on him when he went up against the eight-foot crocodile in the middle of the street.
A big crowd of neighbors watching in amazement as Dragich skilfully pounces on the reptile’s up, clamps its teeth shut, and carries it out of the road shows a video taken from the incident.
“ He was running toward the cops and a crowd of people, and everybody was screaming, ” he told FOX 35.
Dragich, who has a license to trap alligators, claimed to be a member of Dragich’s home when the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office received an alert about the errant crocodile and was taken to the neighborhood.
“It was just five days from the game, but I actually left the game, caught the eel, and then went back to the game, ” Dragich said.
Dragich is known for his gator-handling abilities, but this new occurrence put him in the information.
In May of this year, Dragich proudly wrangled an yet bigger eel as spectators screamed in terror outside of a Jacksonville secondary school.
Dragich used his social media fame to promote a bigger cause that he supports through his volunteer, Project Savior Outdoors, when that incident second became popular.
Dragich told FOX 35 in 2023,” My heart goes to our soldiers who are dealing with PTSD and the issue of former death.”
The job connects struggling soldiers with nature, animals, and buddies to combat mental illness and injury. Dragich’s adherents increase as a result of the viral video helping other soldiers.
It makes me look up, and I want to utilize that as a way to give these soldiers the support they need, said Dragich.
