Callous People Smugglers Kill Again: At Least Five Drown in English Channel Within Hours of Stop-The-Boats Rwanda Policy Passing

In the English Channel, human smugglers have once more sent workers to their murders on abandoned ships, with France reporting five fatalities after a boat capsized in the first hours of this day.

At least five people, including a young person, are alleged to have died instantaneously and into Tuesday morning in the English Channel as a result of massive groups trying to board rubber boats unsuitable for the crossing. The large-scale crossings are carried out by criminal gangs, who claim that they have received enough funds to transport their ‘customers ’ into the hands of the UK Border Force, who then acquiesces them for asylum claims in exchange for significant sums of money.

European broadsheet  Le Figaro  cites a policeman supply who claims that people pirates killed people close to  Wimereux shore, in Calais. The actual cause of death is not yet known, it stated.   According to Reuters, French police had a “busy ” morning off their northern coast, with several boat launches heading in the direction of the United Kingdom and about 100 people being “rescued.”

The number of known death toll in the English Channel since the beginning of 2023 would now be 24 people if those incidents are those individuals smuggler-caused.

The tragic number of fatalities involving migrant boats has been at unacceptable high amounts across Europe for many years because weak European governments have refused to adequately maintain their own borders, leaving a place where black-market people smugglers have been able to thrive. Despite Australia, for example, having long ago discovered the most humane way to end this needless struggling on the seas is to implement stringent border control and an unforgiving turn-back-the-boats policy, most European nations don’t have the strength for like policy.

The tragic irony of the casualties from this day is that they occurred shortly after the English government passed its notoriously illegal immigrant boat deterrence law, or” the Rwanda Plan.” According to the law, immigrants arriving in the United Kingdom sporadically do been relocated to Rwanda in East Africa for processing after squattering for more than two years between legal issues and “parliamentary ping-pong”. In Rwanda, migrants who do not meet the requirements for asylum would be entirely resettled.

Although this would cost the American tax money, it has been determined that it would be more advantageous to pay for permanent housing for immigrants in high-cost Britain.

Channel Crisis: Illegal Boat Crossings Hit Another Record High, Up Nearly 30 Per Cent over Last Yearhttps ://t. co/av96bL6opD

Asserting recognition of the horrible role played by people traffickers in the deaths at Europe’s borders, using abandoned overwhelmed boats in active shipping-lanes, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said of the issue on Monday: “We are in a battle with harsh, advanced, and international criminal gangs who care nothing for the lives they risk in unseaworthy dinghies. Nine people have died already attempting to cross the Channel this year, including a seven-year-old girl…  The only way to stop the boats is to eliminate the motivation to travel, by making it clear that if you enter here illegally, you will not be able to stay. ”
After the bill was approved, Sunak claimed there would now be a” Relentless, continuous process of successfully and permanently removing people to Rwanda with a regular rhythm of multiple flights every month over the summer and beyond until the boats are stopped. This process would be completed overnight in Britain’s Parliament on Monday and Tuesday. ”

The deterrent effect is likely to be minimal up until then, even if this is possible, even in the best case scenario, since the first removals are still ten weeks away. Nigel Farage, the head of the UK, has made it abundantly clear that he believes the law will ultimately fail to deliver and that it will ultimately be overturned by another court case. He is a staunch supporter of border control and has been a key contributor to the public’s attention to the Channel migrant crisis.

Do you think there will be many planes taking off with a sizable number of migrants aboard in ten to twelve weeks, he asked? No I don’t…  I promise you, not a single person is going to Rwanda. This is a complete charade. ”
