Former US President Donald Trump vowed to “reclaim” the “radical quit” that was to blame for “indoctrinating America’s youth” the educational program in the country.
In a video posted to Truth Social on Tuesday, Trump revealed that he will build the” College Accreditation System”, vowing to “fire the extreme left accreditors” that have allowed higher organizations in the U. S. to instruct Marxist ideology.
” For many years, tuition fees at colleges and universities have been exploding and I mean, completely exploding, while scientists have been obsessed with indoctrinating America’s youth”, Trump said in his picture. We will do that because the extreme left has already seized control of our once excellent educational institutions. The College Accreditation System did become our best friend. It’s called approval for a cause”.
In the U. S., colleges, universities, and other programs are accredited by organizations that have been certified for quality by either the Council for Higher Education Accreditation ( CHEA ), the United States Department of Education ( DoE ), or both, according to the CHEA website.
Trump vowed to continue to accuse the accreditors of failing to “ensure that schools are never ripping off individuals and payers.”
Trump threatened to fire the extreme left accreditors who had allowed our schools to be dominated by Socialist lunatics and maniacs when I return to the White House. ” We will therefore take applications for new accreditors who will once more and definitively impose real requirements on institutions.”
Trump said:
These requirements will include upholding Western culture and British traditions. preserving free speech and removing shoddy operational jobs that cost a lot. Removing all Communist variety, equity, and inclusion officials. Providing options for accelerated and low-cost levels, implementing university entrance and exit exams to demonstrate that students are actually learning and getting their money’s worth, and providing valuable job position and job services.
States such as Florida and Texas have passed similar laws banning and removing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ( DEI ) initiatives from higher education.
On April 17, 2024,  , Gov. A bill was signed by Ron DeSantis (R-FL ), making it possible for Florida students to learn about the atrocities of communism.
Trump further stated that he would “direct the Department of Justice to follow federal civil rights circumstances” against colleges and universities that” continue to engage in racial prejudice and institutions that persist in obvious, unlawful discrimination under the guise of capital.”
This comes as anti- Israel protests and encampments have taken over campuses at Columbia University, Yale University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and New York University.
Trump said these institutions would” not only have their endowments taxed but also have their budget reconciliation reconciled,” adding that he would “advance a measure” by requiring colleges and universities to be “fined up to the entire amount of their endowment.”
