In the wake of demonstrations over the systems the company is providing to the Israeli government, Google fired at least 20 more employees, bringing the total number of staff members who had already been fired to more than 50. Employees held remain- in demonstrations last week at Google offices in New York and Sunnyvale, California. The agency responded by calling the officers, who made prosecutions. The team behind the demonstrations, No Tech For Apartheid, said 30 employees were fired previous year.
