Federal authorities reveal that an Ecuadorian regional was permitted to travel to the United States on a card despite being wanted for murder in his birthplace.

The 30- season- aged man from Ecuador entered the U. S. on Aug. 31, 2022, in Miami, Florida, on a card that allowed him to remain until Sept. 13, 2022. The man did not leave the United States as hundreds of thousands do every year, as per the terms of his card.

Though President Joe Biden’s authorities allowed him to provide the U. S. on a card, the gentleman had been wanted since Feb. 2, 2022, for supposedly raping a woman in Ecuador.

According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) official Todd Lyons,” This Ecuadoran noncitizen is wanted for sexually assaulting a woman in his home country.” Every second he was out of motion posed a threat to the people in our societies.

Despite being wanted for murder, ICE’s National Criminal Analysis and Targeting Center later confirmed that the person was residing in the monastery state of Massachusetts.

Consequently, ICE agents arrested the man in Worcester, Massachusetts, at his home. He is currently being held by ICE while awaiting imprisonment to his native Ecuador to encounter rape accusations.
