On Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s” Hannity”, Sen. Ted Cruz ( R- TX ) said that President Joe Biden should threaten that if colleges will not protect Jewish students, he will send in the National Guard like President Eisenhower did to protect black students in Arkansas.
Cruz stated,” Joe Biden stood part- by- part with AOC while she praised these racist protesters at NYU and Yale and Columbia, this is their foundation, this is the Democrat Party, and Joe Biden sat it with a silly grin on his face and said, you’ve got to talk to this woman, a sitting member of Congress. It is terrible. A true president would say that Israeli students are going to be safe on our campuses, that the federal government will do so, and that when Democrat senators refused to assimilate schools, that we would deliver in the National Guard, as Eisenhower did when Democrat senators refused to do so. A actual president may say that federal law enforcement will be there, you will not be content to violence. Joe Biden wo n’t say that, however, because he fears offending the radical left in his own party.
