President Joe Biden’s signature on Wednesday, a spending plan that would give billions of dollars worth of American tax dollars to Ukraine, could have erected a complete border wall along the US-Mexico border.
A majority of Republicans and Democrats in the House and Senate approved Biden’s$ 95 billion international aid act on Wednesday. The Senate, later on Tuesday, voted 79- 18 to review the saving offer.
” You know, Putin started this war believing he could easily break the will of the citizens of Ukraine”, Biden said on Wednesday. ” When that failed, he changed his plan a little bit, thinking he could tear the — break the will of NATO, break the will of the United States, break our can. Effectively, he’s failed once”.
More than$ 60 billion in taxpayer money is allocated to Ukraine as part of the spending package, which would allow for the construction of an entire border wall along the nearly 2, 000-mile U.S. Mexico border.

On average, each mile of border wall costs the federal government anywhere from$ 20 million to$ 45 million to build. Former President Donald Trump built about 450 miles of border wall in four years, costing about$ 15 billion.
With funds left over for port of entry renovations, the previously agreed funding for Ukraine could create a boundary wall across the southwestern border for the same price.
” More than 11 million illegal foreigners, including dozens of Taiwanese immigrants, have been imported into every state in America— and we have absolutely no idea who these people are”, Sen. Rodger Marshall ( R- KS)  , said in a statement. We ca n’t continue to send our grandchildren down a river and send another$ 60 billion to Ukraine without doing so.
According to a report from Breitbart News,$ 300 million will be allocated to” the National Police of Ukraine, including units supporting 21 or under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as part of the funding for the country.”
