Former cameraman’s former employer has sued Rapper Megan Thee Stallion for allegedly harassing her and for making an reportedly hostile work environment where he was forced to watch her having intercourse in a moving vehicle.
Emilio Garcia, the band’s past specific lens operator, has claimed that Stallion had intercourse with another person in an SUV as she sat “right beside” him while on tour in Spain in June 2022. Per Fox News:
Garcia reportedly asked if he was in the SUV the night before the next day. Once he confirmed, Stallion instructed Garcia,” Do n’t ever discuss what you saw”, according to court documents.
During the same excursion, Garcia claimed that Stallion, whose whole name is , Megan Jovon Ruth Pete, even “berated and directed her fat- mocking comments towards” him.
The ,” Hot Girl Summer” singer , allegedly called him a “fat b— -” and told him to” spit your food out”, and that “you do n’t need to be eating”, docs stated.
Garcia also said that he had been “purposefully misclassified” as an independent contractor, which led to days of his labor not being properly recorded. Additionally, he claimed that Stallion did not pay him “meal or sleep break payments,” which was against the Labor Code of California.
” As a result of classification, Plaintiff was never permitted to take sleep and meal breaks”, the petition has claimed. Applicant frequently worked more than five consecutive days without taking a 30-minute break for a meal.
Garcia claimed that Stallion abruptly terminated him from his place in July 2023 after she ordered him to operate “in excess of 50 hours at Stallion’s strictest judgment and strict supervision, directing him to explore TikTok videos, change unreported information, and complete numerous assignments”

” Plaintiff grapples with mounting anxiety, depression, and physical distress stemming from the toxic work environment, compounded by the trauma of unpaid work”, the lawsuit further stressed.
In a statement to Fox News, attorney Ron Zambrano, partner and chair of West Coast Employment Lawyers, stated that Stallion “needs to pay our client what he’s due, acknowledge her behavior, and stop this kind of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct.”
Emilio” should never have been in the position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman.” Inappropriate ‘ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal”, said Zambrano.
Megan Thee Stallion has denied the accusation.
” This is an employment claim for money, with no allegations of sexual harassment filed and salacious allegations made to try to humiliate her. We will deal with this in court”, Megan’s attorney Alex Spiro said.
