According to Mashal Yousafzai, the spokeswoman for Bushra Bibi, the former first lady of Pakistan and the wife of imprisoned former prime minister Imran Khan, she was reportedly given two to three falls of” bathroom cleaner” mingled in her Iftar dinner on February 24 during Shab electronic Barat. Yousafzai claimed that since eating the supper, Bushra Bibi’s health has deteriorated, and that it has been getting worse every day.
Bushra Bibi, who is currently being held at the Bani Gala residence, which has been converted into a sub-jail, was found guilty in two separate circumstances. Yousafzai questioned why Bushra’s health tests were not performed despite the judge’s three-week orders, and who was holding the authorities hostage.
She also mentioned that Bushra’s chest had ulcerations and swelling that an endoscopy revealed, but the government did not permit her to have a blood test done, which might have revealed any hazardous elements.
Yousafzai added that Bushra Bibi experienced pain in her left arm and chest a few days prior, and doctors from the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences ( PIMS ) arrived for a check-up in several hours.
She emphasized that because Bushra Bibi is the family of the PTI leader, she is being targeted because she is a wife and never a politician.
However, next month, a complete medical examination of Bushra Bibi was performed at a personal hospital in Islamabad, where she underwent several diagnostic tests, including endoscopy, sonar, echo, and ECG, under the observation of Khan’s family physician, Dr Asim Yousuf.
According to the hospital sources, Bushra Bibi had only a small gastric issue and that the doctors had completely cleared all of her medical records. Importantly, during her six-hour stay in the hospital, the former first lady refused to give a plasma test and did not request a blood test.
