A$ 5.3 billion takeover offer from US private equity firm Thoma Bravo, which highlighted the British company’s” capability in artificial intelligence,” was accepted by cybersecurity firm Darktrace on Friday.
The funds offer comes after Thoma Bravo previously expressed acquisition involvement in Darktrace two years ago.
