After being detained last year for having sex with a 14-year-old child in a sealed school, a former middle school teacher in California has entered a no contest to physical abuse costs.
Michelle Christine Solis, 46, was the ninth grade victim’s professor at Sycamore Junior High School in Gridley when she “friended” him on Instagram in 2021, the Butte County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday.
In the weeks leading up to the boy’s completion, Solis, according to the prosecution, began messaging him and sent four explicit images of herself.  ,
She therefore had” intimate intercourse with him in a sealed school on the day of the child’s eighth quality graduation”, officials stated.
In October of this year, the explicit photos and stories that had been circulated in the neighborhood led police to look into Solis ‘ phone conversations with the child.
Solis was arrested in November, next “immediately” bailed out from the Butte County Jail on a$ 15, 000 relationship, prosecutors said.  ,
Solis stated in her little contest plea that she would be charged with a felony and may spend up to four years in prison.  ,
On June 6, her imprisonment is scheduled to occur.
