A representative from Columbia University said the university canceled a student protest leader who made remarks in a video that” Zionists do n’t deserve to live.
Khymani James, a sophomore at the school and one of the anti-Israel encampments ‘ leaders, apologized in a blog on X early on Friday night, saying he had “misspoke in the heat of the moment.”

The Daily Wire initially reported James ‘ notes. James used words in a live torrent of his conversation with Columbia’s Center for Student Success and Intervention, according to the store.
During the protection, he became combative about an Instagram article centered around the conversation.
As James read the report while participating in the life channel, he made reference to a post he had made about” Zionists” messaging him wanting to “meet up and fight,” to which he claimed he “fights to kill.”
When a school official inquired about whether James understood why that was “problematic,” he responded that he did n’t.
” I even want people to have more framework for my thoughts, which I regret”, James said in his speech. Far right agitators searched through my social media feed for months until they discovered a tape that was edited without environment. I was exceedingly annoyed when I first recorded it because I am glaringly gay and Black, and an online mob had targeted me.
James went on to protect remarks he had made during his talk with the institution established in his live-streamed video, adding that he felt “very secure calling for those people to die.”
James continued adding:” Even after the life flow of his conference with the university official ended,
Zionists do n’t deserve to live comfortably, let alone, Zionists do n’t deserve to live. The same way we are very comfortable accepting that Nazis do n’t deserve to live, fascists do n’t deserve to live, racists do n’t deserve to live, Zionists, they should n’t live in this world.
On April 17, Columbia University established the anti-Israel camp. The next day, many students were suspended, and thousands of protesters were arrested.
With the assistance of New York Police Department soldiers, Columbia University had taken down the camp. Nevertheless, it has since returned, and school officials are reportedly in dialogue talks with the demonstrators taking part in the campsite.
