A Moscow prosecutor has detained a second suspect as an aid to the shooting that killed 144 individuals at a residential Moscow concert hall in March, according to the Moscow City Courts Telegram channel on Saturday.
Dzhumokhon Kurbonov, a resident of Tajikistan, is accused of providing the adversaries with means of communication and funding. Kurbonov will remain in custody until May 22 pending investigation and test, according to a judge in Moscow’s Basmanny District Court ruling.
Kurbonov was apparently detained on April 11 for 15 times on the operational cost of minor violence, according to Russian state media company RIA Novosti. According to independent Russian media shop Mediazona, this is a typical process by Russian security forces to keep a person in prison while a legal situation is being prepared against them.
According to RIA Novosti, four of the defendants who allegedly carried out the assault at the Crocus City Hall musical place have been detained in the case.

At the end of March, those four showed signs of severe whippings when they appeared in the same Moscow judge on violence costs. One gave the impression that they were scarcely conscious during the reading. The judge mandated that the guys, who were all identified in the internet as Tajikistan people, remain in custody until May 22.
A member of the Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the murder, in which shooters shot and set the building on fire while awaiting a stone group performance. However, Russian leaders, including President Vladimir Putin, have repeatedly claimed that Ukraine and the West were involved in the attack without providing any proof.
Ukraine disputes its presence, and its representatives claim that Moscow is using the argument as a pretext to scuttle the country.
