After the state’s highest court overturned his 2020 judgment on sexual violence charges, Harvey Weinstein, a shamed Hollywood movie mogul, was taken to a hospital on Saturday night for a series of tests for his return to New York.
One of the most important cases of the# MeToo movement was overturned by the 4- 3, but Weinstein will still be imprisoned for a separate 16-year assault sentence, according to Breitbart News.

According to his attorney Arthur L. Aidala,” the NYC Department of Corrections determined that Mr. Weinstein needed immediate medical attention.”
Harvey is being kept for study while a myriad of checks are being performed on him.
The Oscar win was taken to New York’s Bellevue Hospital, according to authorities, who confirmed the report.

In a 2020 trial in New York, Weinstein, 72, was found guilty of raping and sexually assaulting ex-star artist Jessica Mann and of violently having oral sex with ex-production assistant Mimi Haleyi in 2006.
He was eventually sentenced to 23 years in prison.
Attorney Arthur Aidala claimed in a speech issued to press that he was not well at his most recent test, adding that” they refused to give him yet a sip of water, no food, and no bath break.” He’s a 72- year- ancient ill person”.

Juda Engelmayer, a spokeswoman for Weinstein, said” we’re slowly excited” by the judge’s decision to overturn the decision.
