An improper alien is accused of killing 27- yr- old Jacques Price, the father of a five- year- ancient boy, in a hit- and- run crash in the sanctuary county of Montgomery County, Maryland.
Gilver Yuviny Zelaya Diaz, a 42- year- old improper alien, was arrested and charged with Price’s death after prosecutors alleged that he hit the youthful father, who was skateboarding at the time, and finally fled the scene of the crash.
According to the prosecution, Diaz struck Price while he was skateboarding and was driving without a passport on April 8. Diaz reportedly fled the scene, leaving Price dead on the ground.
Diaz is an illegal alien who was on parole at the time of the fatal accident, according to the prosecution. According to prosecutors, Diaz has n’t appeared in court on five separate occasions since he just left the federal prison.
Diaz was originally detained on suspicion of drug possession and assault and armed robbery. Despite his being an illegitimate alien in the United States since 2019, according to prosecutors, he was not deported.
Price, who has a five- yr- older son named Jamie, was an avid skater. After only celebrating their birthday up on March 11, Price’s twin brother, Joshua, wrote that the damage has been devastating.
To help pay for Price’s funeral expenses and establish a respect for his brother Jamie, a GoFundMe website has been set up.
