Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, is suing the Biden administration for its Title IX revision, which promotes trans philosophy.
The new Title IX rules, which use the phrase “gender identity” rather than natural sex to explain specific situations, are generally being interpreted as encouraging gender confusion.  , As Breitbart News , reported,” The new regulations announced last month define gender bias as discrimination based on gender identification as well as physical inclinations, and schools cannot separate people based on sex”. The language has been interpreted as requiring boys to use girls ‘ restrooms and changing rooms. Thus, the concept not only stimulates but makes transgender philosophy on schools.
The Biden administration is being sued by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for changing Title IX, making it clear that Texas does not follow.
” Texas does not help Joe Biden to rewrite Title IX at whim, destroying constitutional protections for people in furtherance of his extreme obsession with sex ideology”, Paxton’s office , said in speech.
” This attempt to subvert federal law is frankly illegal, unjust, and divorced from reality. Texas will usually take the lead to resist Biden’s radical, dangerous laws that put people at risk”, the press transfer added.
Further explanations are provided in the statement, explaining that the new rule” contorts these protections for women by forcing schools to accommodate the wishes of men who identify as women ( or” transgender” ) to enter female-only spaces and join female-only organizations. This would require schools to allow biological males using feminine lockers and restrooms. If universities refused, federal funding may be withheld”. Paxton’s company notes that the Biden administration second attempted to implement this via , casual company direction.
Finally, Paxton believes the new law “violates existing national legislation, ignores the Constitution, and denies girls the protections that Title IX was intended to purchase them”.

The Biden Administration has overstepped its bounds and fundamentally altered the meaning that was intended by Congress when the law was passed. The changes would fundamentally alter the educational environment of publicly funded educational institutions, forcing local governments to acquiesce to unscientific gender ideology, and putting girls and women in danger in K-12 classrooms and college campuses.
Texas is not the only state that opposes the Biden administration’s Title IX revision. The Biden administration “mashes the statute beyond recognition in an effort to gaslight the country believing that biological sex no longer has any meaning,” according to Florida’s Commissioner on Education Manny Diaz, in a letter.
As Breitbart News noted, Florida agrees that the rule would “force educational institutions in the Sunshine State to violate federal and state laws, including the First Amendment and the state’s Parental Rights in Education Act.”
Gov. Additionally, Ron DeSantis made it abundantly clear that Florida will not comply with the issue in a video that Ron DeSantis also released.
The governor made it clear that” we are not going to let Joe Biden abuse his constitutional authority to try to impose these policies on us here in Florida,” and that this is not going to happen.
