Representative Nancy Pelosi ( D- CA ) said Monday on MSNBC’s” Katy Tur Reports” that she believed host Katie Tur was an “apologist” for former President Donald Trump.
Pelosi said,” Now on the ballot saying he should have resistance from whatever he might do, I mean, really, I have love and appreciation for everybody who votes. I’m really happy individuals vote. I am aware that some of them will never, ever, reject those of us who may appear unique to them in terms of leadership and others, and that’s that. But there are those who have genuine genuine concerns about immigration, globalization, technology, and what does that mean to their work and their mother’s future? And we have to tackle those problems. Joe Biden is doing that, too. 9 million jobs were created during his term in office. Donald Trump has the worst history of losing his post. Therefore, we just have to make sure people know”.
Tur said,” That was a worldwide pandemic”.
Pelosi said,” He had the worst record of any leader. We’ve had different problems in our country. If you want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role, but it ai n’t mine”.
Tur said,” I do n’t think anybody can accuse me of that”.
