Conventional wisdom has suggested that the solution to biological males competing in women’s activities is for female athletes to refuse to play on.
In West Virginia, that approach led to the anger of some students who were banned from all potential shot put competitions. The story comes on the feet of the Biden administration, which made what Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called “unlawful” Title IX shifts that declare sexual equates to female personality.
Two weeks after a federal appeals court ruled West Virginia’s trans activities ban violates the child’s rights under Title IX, Becky Pepper- Jackson, 13, took part in the Harris County Middle School Track and Field Championship on April 18. Five Lincoln Middle School girls reportedly stepped up to the loop for their change before refusing to throw the ball, according to the Daily Mail.
Pepper- Jackson, a natural man, took residence first place in the shot put competition with a 32- foot effort, which was three feet further than the competition, according to the American tabloid.
NEW: Coming contests for five Lincoln Middle School girls who refused to compete against transgender athletes have been forbidbed.

Attorney General Patrick Morrisey’s company released a media release claiming the families of four out of the five kids have filed a complaint.
According to WBOY, Morrisey filed an amicus brief in support of the lawsuit brought on behalf of the kids. The lawsuit seeks injunctive relief and says that none of the students have “received any formal notification of their control, of any principle violation, or of their rights to charm the school’s choice” despite being barred from competing.
The only thing this choice teaches is to maintain their mouths shut and not to agree with what they perceived as unfair, Morrisey said in a release. That is ridiculous and violates these kids ‘ right to freedom of expression.
Riley Gaines wrote on Facebook that the solicitor general would “do all in my power to defend these daring young ladies.” This is just bad. We must have for what’s proper and reject these extreme trans policies”.
These women stood off for what they believed, and their coach prohibited them from competing, according to Gaines, a former collegiate swimmer who had to contend against biological men Lia Thomas, in a tweet. Insane. It’s risky to teach young ladies to ignore the dangers that their eyes and ears are warning them. How do some phone this’ development'”?
I will do everything in my energy to stand up for these daring young women. This is just bad. We must support the right and reject these extreme transgender policies. Thanks to @Riley_Gaines _ for her leadership on this important issue. https ://t.co/sw8mNSoT5n

Gaines shared the picture seen previously in an earlier article, writing:” It’s a sad moment when 13- 14yr older girls have to be the adults in the room, but I was n’t be more inspired by and proud of these girls. Enough is enough. The tide is turning”!
” Biden is abusing his constitutional authority to pursue an ideological agenda that offends women and girls and conflicts with the truth. We will not comply, and we will fight back against Biden’s harmful agenda”, Gov. DeSantis announced on Tuesday.
Here are a few quick samples of social media users ‘ responses to the story that question why 13-year-old girls are being allowed to speak out against women’s sports:
Good. More girls/women like these five need to do the same thing. Instead of excluding these girls from upcoming competitions, the coach should have stood by them.

This is nuts. Why did it fall on the shoulders of 13-year-old girls who are fighting for women?

The book is directed at the brave girls who support female sports. The media treats university students who support Hamas with custodial treatment.

Keep it up, brave girls! Although this is a significant sacrifice, you will also be helping to advance the education of girls in the future. That is a hero!
