Federal records reveal that a sizable number of foreign citizens are awaiting approval to travel to the United States as part of President Joe Biden’s offense process.

The papers, released by House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green ( R- TN) on Tuesday, &nbsp, information specifics regarding the government’s CHNV system, which has allowed more than 400, 000 nationals of Cuba, &nbsp, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to travel to the U. S., at their own cost, from January 2023 through March 2024.

Importantly, the Department of Homeland Security ( DHS) told the council that as of middle- October 2023, “approximately 1.6 million” foreign citizens had applied to protected go approval to the U. S. under the CHNV system.

For perspective, the number of foreign nationals seeking entrance to the U. S. through the CHNV system as of last drop is larger than the groups of 11 states including Delaware, Rhode Island, Montana, and the Dakotas.

” There is currently a monthly limit of 30, 000]Advance Travel Authorizations ] that may be issued]to foreign nationals ] under CHNV processes”, DHS officials noted in their response to the committee.

DHS officials also acknowledged in their reply that despite the administration’s opening the immigration pipeline for foreign nationals, they are also prohibited by federal law, meaning they have no legal standing in the country.

” All persons paroled into the United States are, by definition, illegal, including those paroled under the CHNV processes”, the DHS leaders write.

According to the documents, foreign nationals who have been approved for U.S. go are using more than 50 airports in the United States and neighboring nations through the CHNV program.

From&nbsp, January 2023 through August 2023, the major American places where CHNV candidates landed are:

    • Miami, Florida
    • Fort Lauderdale, Florida
    • New York City, New York
    • Houston, Texas
    • Orlando, Florida
    • Los Angeles, California
    • Tampa, Florida
    • Dallas, Texas
    • San Fransisco, California
    • Atlanta, Georgia
    • Newark, New Jersey
    • Washington, D. C.
    • Chicago, Illinois
    • Las Vegas, Nevada
    • Austin, Texas

These documents demonstrate the breadth of the airports involved in facilitating the CHNV system, despite earlier reports that indicated which airports were most likely to be used.

Green said the papers “expose the severe lengths]DHS] Secretary]Alejandro] Mayorkas will go to maintain illegal aliens reach every corner of the country, from Orlando and Atlanta to Las Vegas and San Francisco”.

The CHNV pardon system of Secretary Mayorkas is an immoral ruse that was used to cover up the American people’s worsening boundary crisis, Green continued. It has been demonstrated that “implementing a program that allows normally illegal aliens to travel directly into the United States” is an impeachable offense.
