
Despite Title IX alterations, which require the approval of transgender ideology, the governor of Florida is suing President Joe Biden’s management. Ron DeSantis ( R ) announced on Tuesday.

The fresh Title IX regulations, which use the word “gender identity” to describe specific situations rather than biological sex, are being interpreted as encouraging identity confusion. This allows the Biden Administration to continue supporting trans philosophy while also imposing it on others.

Florida’s Commissioner on Education, Manny Diaz Jr., made it clear in a notice that the state would oppose the new law.
The rule wo n’t become effective until August 1, 2024. Florida may combat this. No educational entity should start implementing any modifications under the governor’s ‘ course, Diaz wrote in the email. Biden’s administration “mashes the act beyond recognition in an attempt to tease the country into believing that biological sex no longer has any meaning.”

Florida is now suing the Biden presidency informally along with Texas for the modifications to Title IX. The Lone Star State’s complaint was also made public this week by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

The statement from Paxton’s press release goes into more detail, explaining that the new rule” contorts these protections for women by forcing schools to accommodate the wishes of men claiming to identify as women ( or” transgender” ) to enter female-only spaces and join female-only organizations.” This would require schools to allow the use of feminine lockers and restrooms by biological men. If schools refused, federal money may become withheld”. The Biden presidency initially attempted to implement this through casual company direction, according to Paxton’s office.
Finally, Paxton believes the new law “violates existing national legislation, ignores the Constitution, and denies girls the protections that Title IX was intended to purchase them”.
In order to advance his extreme fascination with gender ideology, Texas does not permit Joe Biden to rewrite Title IX at could, destroying all legal protections for people.

The Biden administration continues to push transgender ideology through other avenues, including by requiring transgenderism into the workplace through updated federal workplace guidelines from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ( EEOC). Under the new rules, forms of “harassment” include refusing to allow a biological man into a women’s bathroom or repeatedly misgendering an employee.
