As a result of a rumored “got-away” on President Joe Biden’s observe, an illegal alien wanted for murder in his local Mexico was able to safely cross the United States-Mexico border.
David Antonio Hernandez Ventura, a 26- year- ancient illegal humanoid from Mexico, attempted to cross the southwestern boundary on three separate occasions on March 30, April 1, and April 8, 2021.
However, Ventura was fast rerouted to Mexico owing to Title 42, Biden’s border control power, which was terminated in May 2023. After Title 42 was over, Ventura safely crossed the border as a got-away.
Since Biden took business, nearly two million known got- outs have crossed the border.
Ventura was arrested on nearby costs in Fresno, California, on December 2, 2023. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) agents located Ventura and detained him on January 24 near his Fresno residence following this arrest.
A national immigration judge deported him on February 8, but the Board of Immigration Appeals later dismissed his charm earlier this month.
Ventura was deported from the United States on April 24 and handed over to Mexican legislation enforcement on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
