The Hague’s international criminal court is considering issuing arrest warrants for top Israeli government and military personnel. This would be an indignation of legendary proportions. In the midst of the Holocaust committed against the Hebrew individuals, international organizations like the ICC emerged. They were sent up to prevent such atrocities, to avoid future pogroms. The international court is currently bringing Israel to justice as we fight back against genocidal jihadists and dictatorships that, of course, aim to completely eliminate the one and only Jewish state.
Branding Israel’s officials and men as war criminals may put jet fuel on the flames of anti-Semitism, those flames that are already raging on schools of America and across capital around the world. Additionally, this will be the first time a political nation, which is fighting for its life according to the laws of war, is accused of combat crimes.
The Jewish troops, the IDF, is one of the most spiritual forces in the world. It uses unending methods to stop casualties in the human population. No additional troops uses these measurements. It does so while battling a criminal foe that uses its own citizens as mortal weapons.
You know the truth. Hamas places its weapons, its jihadists, in hospitals, schools, temples and throughout human areas. In order to increase human deaths and gain resistance, they do this. Israel is facilitating a wave of humanitarian aid to Gaza while Hamas shows no concern for the life of Palestinians and steals humanitarian assistance intended for residents. And we make sure that the humanitarian needs of the Israeli population are met.
Who is the ICC talking to, and not to praise Israel for sticking to the rules of war when it fights an opponent who violates every rule of conflict, including holding 133 Jewish men, women, and children prisoner? The politics called Israel. The ICC would also be aiming its sights at all democracies because it would violate their fundamental right to defend themselves from brutal violence and malicious anger.
Israel is not even content to the judge’s control, and it has an independent legal structure that thoroughly investigates all laws violations, so it is obvious that this threat from the ICC is not an attempt to enforce the laws. Instead, this ICC effort is an attempt to freeze Israel’s extremely ability to defend itself.
This serious danger to our security, this serious threat to our existence, is completely rejected by the government and the Israeli people. And I want to tell you that no ICC action will have an impact on Israel’s iron-clad resolve to pursue the objectives of our conflict with Hamas terrorists. We did end Hamas’s martial and administrative skills in Gaza. We will transfer all of our hostages, and we will make sure that Israel will never be a threat suddenly from Gaza.
Israel anticipates that the leaders of the free earth will remain steadfastly against the absurd abuse on Israel’s fundamental right to self defense by the ICC. We anticipate that they will use every means at their disposal to put an end to this risky course. The Jewish condition calls on good people outside to accept this outrage from the ICC, to walk with Israel as we fight the warriors of Hamas and Iran, and to work toward a more peaceful world eight months after the awful Hamas murder on October 7th, 80 years after the horrors of the Holocaust.
