At the end of May, the Libertarian Party announced that past president Donald Trump did speak at its national event.
The Libertarian Party announced in a statement on Wednesday that Trump may be speaking at the country’s convention on May 25 after receiving an invitation to “directly handle concerns voiced by its people.”
The decision may increase Trump’s standing among third-party citizens.
A Tuesday  , surveys that Emerson College and the Hill , conducted found Trump with a slight edge over President Joe Biden.
In Arizona, Trump saw 48 percentage aid from voters while Biden saw 44 percent assistance. In Georgia, Trump led by 47 percentage, while Biden received 44 percent help.
Trump had a slight lead over Biden in Michigan, receiving 45 percent assistance, while Biden saw 44 percentage. In Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, Trump led with 47 percentage, while Biden received 45 percent.
Before the convention, Libertarian Party members will also be attempting to “make an impact on the policy positions of a former, and perhaps future, President” by sharing their” top ten” most pressing issues with Trump.
The Libertarian Party’s regional agreement is scheduled to take place at the Washington Hilton between May 23 and May 26.
Trump said in a speech:
Republicans are some of the most independent and intelligent thinkers in our Country, and I am honored to meet them in Washington, DC, later this month. A second Trump Administration will help improve freedom and liberty for all Americans, and we must all work together to do so. Some of my dear friends will be present at the Libertarian Event, which I look forward to speaking at.
Angela McArdle, director of the Libertarian Party, noted that the group has tried for “50 years” to “put their candidates on the main level with major group POTUS candidates,” and it was finally successful. Trump was accepted to speak at the conference.
Different speakers at the meeting include Dr. Peter McCullough, a doctor and epidemiology, Gabriel Shipton, a film maker and the nephew of Julian Assange, the imprisoned WikiLeaks publication, and Dave Smith, a scholar and activist of freedom.
