The “biggest abuse” on the First Amendment in at least 50 years is the joke attempt against former president Donald Trump, according to Trump lawyer Jesse Binnall in an interview with Breitbart News Daily.
After ruling that Trump violated a gag order during his trial, holding him in judicial hatred and threatening him with jail time, New York County Judge Juan Merchan made tides. Trump was cautioned by the court order against” continuing intentional violations of its constitutional orders” and for “interim incarceration as appropriate in the circumstances.” Trump was ordered to remove the “offending content” from Truth Social.
According to Binnall, this is the “biggest abuse on the First Amendment”, highlighting another component of the order, as it said Trump’s campaign site had to take down two messages as well.
” Come simply talk about how it’s completely unprecedented. A Biden-donating assess there has already explained what the political campaign can and cannot post on their website. That is, you know — fly in the complete face of the First Amendment”.
A joke attempt, a due restraint on talk, is something the judge is attacking, largely tossing the Constitution, according to Binnall. So for instance, the Washington Post and New York Times wanted to publish classified information about the Vietnam War while it was still in progress, and it did so. The Supreme Court ruled that even though it could put American servicemembers ‘ lives in danger, it ca n’t be prevented by the New York Times or The Washington Post from publishing it because of the First Amendment and because of your prior restraint on speech. That’s how significant this concept is,” Binall continued”. However, this prosecutor is willing to completely disregard the Constitution and be willing to sacrifice civil right in favor of a social and no legal goal, which is why this is absolutly illegal when Donald Trump is running for reelection.
Binnall said he thinks a higher court “must step in and correct this” because, for example, when President Trump calls out a massive amount of hypocrisy from the left, the fact that Michael Cohen is a known perjurer, or the fact that many things the judge says he ca n’t talk about, a prosecutor who was transferred from the Biden Justice Department to the County District Attorney’s Office in order to prosecute Donald Trump, he said.

” The silence of the mainstream media that loves the First Amendment when it protects them, but ca n’t stand it if it protects Donald Trump, is simply disgusting, “he added.
