King Charles III made a three-month absence from his public duties on Tuesday, traveling to a cancer treatment facility, and beginning his properly managed return.
The king’s first official public appearance since Feb. 6 when Buckingham Palace announced that he would be stepping aside from public duties to concentrate on his care for an unnamed type of cancer was at the time.
During their attend, Charles and Queen Camilla had a meeting with staff and patients at the London University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Center.

The emperor and empress of Japan are scheduled to make their initial public appearance in June.
As Charles ‘ care progresses, it’s unclear how many of the summer’s traditional royal events, including the king’s elegant birthday festival and the horse racing at Royal Ascot, did he go. The castle said last week that physicians were “very encouraged” by the king´s improvement, but his plan may be adjusted when needed to protect his recovery.
For the time being, Charles had another chance to raise awareness of the advantages of the early detection and treatment of cancer and other health issues as he has done throughout his disease.
In contrast to most monarchs before him, Charles made the decision to make publicly available information about his health when he first received treatment for an enlarged prostate and afterwards when he was diagnosed with cancer. These problems were made more widely known by the decision.
In the weeks following Charles ‘ announcement that he was receiving treatment, the number of people seeking advice on prostate issues increased 11 collapse, according to the National Health Service in England.
