Nothing should frighten people more than President Joe Biden’s decision to update Title IX regulations to “extend constitutional safeguards to LGBTQ kids” in collaboration with Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona. Many women do n’t seem to be chafed at all. The media seems to have gotten lost in the clatter of defence costs, spoiled school pupils, and, of course, Donald Trump.
The Department of Education announced the new regulations without the need for congressional approval the previous year, expanding the scope of the law to include discrimination and abuse based on sexual orientation and gender identity, rather than just sexual only. This means that men who believe they are women can enter even women’s spaces like locker rooms in academic institutions, from intermediate to collegiate level, despite having all of their male genital organs intact. I do n’t believe I need to go further into that or the over-the-top danger women, especially young girls, face.
State what they will, but even the most powerful of us can easily get ruled over by a person. But then again, the left ca n’t define a woman, so that fact slides through their illogical arguments like a man wearing a skirt into a women’s restroom.
This contamination of the truth seems utterly incompatible with the left’s regular protests against women’s privileges. You do n’t get to cry bloody murder (unless, of course, it’s in support of abortion ) about protecting women’s access to so- called health care based on reproductive organs, and then mandate that the very basis on which you’re demanding protection does n’t matter.
You ca n’t pick and choose the rights that come with being a woman. You either accept the reality of science or reject it. You either think that women deserve special protections because of the very things that make them women, including their chromosomes and wombs and all the facets that go with them, such as childbirth, or you do n’t. If you believe a person has a right to an abortion, then you have to think they have the right to a safe place to change clothing, play sports, and been WOMEN.
Such is the total stupidity of the remaining. One cannot explain why something does n’t make sense.
Using a discriminatory lens to harm people
For ages, women have fought for the right not to be defined by the clothes we wear, the make up on our faces, or our brain structure, but by the one thing that makes us special and unique — our ability to create, maintain, and develop life. We fought for the protection of that unique gift from harm from men who did n’t respect it or had the ability to usurp it. And now, with the stroke of a pen, a man is telling us that gift does n’t really exist. The party that boasts about “progress” for women has completely wiped decades of it.
Redefining what it means to be a woman is not “progress,” it’s a lie that the Biden administration is all too happy to spread in an effort to snag votes and support from a mentally unstable minority. Once more, they have discriminated against women in the name of preserving men. And they told us they despised the patriarchy.
Furthermore, while the left blames conservatives for trying to control women, it is their party that does so. One must understand the definition of freedom in order to comprehend that women, like many black people, are tied to those who claim to be their liberators.
We’ve been persuaded to turn it over to “expert” doctors, politicians, and psychologists who claim that we can omit that duty because of the sexual liberation birth control and abortions offer, rather than contend with the enormous responsibility that comes with the power of being a woman and creating and sheltering another life. They sold the lie that women, as well as men, can disconnect sex from its procreative intention. In pursuing freedom at all costs, we’ve become trapped. We are not free. We have been used as pawns by politicians and organizations to bolster their influence.
I can now hear the agonizing protests. We require laws and regulations to shield women from even the slightest hint of assault or abuse of any kind. laws that resemble Title IX, or at least what it was before.
