After a report revealed that the fundraising platform used a portion of donations to an anti-Israel encampment at Michigan State University ( MSU), Florida Sen. Rick Scott ( R ) questioned whether President Joe Biden and Democrats would stop using ActBlue in an exclusive statement released to Breitbart News.
Does Hampson, a spokeswoman for Scott’s plan, said the funding system had “made their placement clear” that they would” help funding for those calling for the murder of the Jewish people.”
The statement came in response to a report from the Washington Free Beacon, which found that ActBlue, the Democrat National Committee’s ( DNC ) fundraising platform, was” set to receive a 3.95 percent cut”, of donations made to the Progressive Caucus of Mid Michigan’s fundraiser, which supported the” Hurriya” coalition encampment at ,  , MSU.
The Hurriya anti-Israel camp demanded that the school refrain from doing business with Jewish businesses.
In his speech, Hampson said:
ActBlue has made it clear that they will help fundraising for those who demand the murder of the Jewish people. Additionally, they will donate funds to Hamas-supporting organizations that are constantly terrorizing Israeli students on college campuses across the nation. Does Joe Biden or Congresswoman Mucarsel-Powell stop using ActBlue or phone on them to stop accepting donations from terrorists? Or did her erratic campaign, which only has a small amount of cash on hand, make her keep silent when there are calls for genocide and terrorism?
ActBlue helps raise funds for local, state, and national tribes, mostly for the Democrat Party.
So far, the fundraising platform has raised$ 13, 406, 738, 500 since 2004, according to the website.
According to information from the Federal Election Commission ( FEC ), former Florida representative Debbie Mucarsel- Powell (D-FL ), who is running against Scott in a bid to remove him from his seat, has received numerous donations from ActBlue.
Another Democrats, such as Biden have also received several gifts from ActBlue, according to FEC information.
According to the Scott campaign, the donations to Biden and Mucarsel-Powell from ActBlue may possibly aid in raising money for the pro-Hamas encampment, which is terrorizing Jewish students, in light of this reporting.
