Under charges of fraud in 2021, Kristen Clarke, who leads the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, answered no to the following issue asked by a U. S. lawmaker:” Have you ever been arrested for or accused of committing a violent crime against any people”?
She was allegedly accused of a harsh murder after being arrested. In a domestic dispute with her then-husband in July 2006, Clarke attacked him with a weapon, causing his hand to be severe.
The Daily Signal reports:
A legal case against Clarke was filed in Prince George’s County in the District Court of Maryland, according to court documents obtained by The Daily Signal, but on October 17, 2006, the Maryland state prosecutor requested a “nolle prosequi” ask in the case, which was essentially rejected without trial.
About a year- and- a- quarter afterwards, Clarke sought an” Get for Expungement of Police and Court Records” in the same case.
The incarceration was gradually expunged. Three years later, Clarke and her then-husband divorced. At the time, Clarke had every cause to want the record expunged. She was in charge of the much- left NAACP’s Legal Defense Fund’s election and election section.
Expunged or certainly…
She was “arrested and accused of committing a violent violence.” The fact that the report was deleted does not alter that point. She was asked a particular topic by a U. S. legislator, an elected official who represents the people, and she lied. That’s fraud, pure and simple.
The great dogs in the commercial advertising are now running to her rescue after she was arrested for fraud. Or, to put it another way, she ran to them to get saved, specifically far-left CNN because she is aware that CNN is the best doggie of all.
The great dogs at CNNLOL came up with the title for a high-ranking government official who admitted to lying:” Judge civil rights president says she was a victim of abuse in extraordinary declaration.”
Democrats sure got it good, eh?
Here’s how the CNNLOL story opens:
Kristen Clarke, the head of the Justice Department’s civil rights division, stated in an extraordinary personal statement to CNN that she had endured years of domestic abuse and that she had chosen not to reveal her arrest history during the Senate confirmation hearing.
Clarke’s now- expunged arrest, which reportedly occurred during a domestic dispute, quickly became a cause célèbre among right- wing media and lawmakers who claim she lied during her 2021 Senate confirmation hearing, with some calling for her resignation.
Have I mentioned how successful Democrats were with it?
In a statement to basement-rated CNN, Clarke said,” Nearly 2 decades ago, I was subjected to years of abuse and domestic violence at the hands of my ex-husband.”
Using all the appropriate buzzwords, Clarke continued,” This was a terrorizing and traumatizing period that I have attempted to put behind me to promote my personal health, healing, and well-being.” No woman or mother should ever have to deal with the physical and emotional scars, the emotional abuse and exploitation, and the lying.
Perjurer says what…?
Good heavens, if she lied to the U. S. Senate, why should we believe something as self- serving as this?
Regardless, it does n’t matter. If she truly was abused and terrorized by her husband, that’s a wretched and ghastly thing, but that does n’t excuse perjury.
Glenn Thrush of the New York Times is also spinning this sleazy nonsense like the good dog he is and always will be. He has his own sleazy history with women and is still permitted to work at the New York Times.
When Sen. Mike Lee ( R- Utah ) pointed out Clarke’s perjury, Thrush White Knighted to her rescue:
DOJ, where Clark is a senior official, has prosecuted political opponents for not testifying to Congress. Trump WH official Peter Navarro is currently imprisoned for that.
Clarke lied to the Senate, putting herself in jail. @nytimes reporter presents this comment without that … https ://t.co/7KUlO2nMqv

Thrush xweeted,” Clarke claimed her ex-husband had been abusing her for years, and her arrest for slitting his finger was expunged.” ” She said she’s still’ terrorized and traumatized.’ The senator, who initially presented this incident without that context now makes this statement”.
Hey, what’s the difference between Bigfoot and a New York Times “reporter” dedicated to context?
People have seen Bigfoot.
And here’s the thing…
Clarke’s allegations against her ex- husband have n’t even been confirmed. In fact, he has reportedly denied it, stating,” I deny it of course, and think this a sad and pathetic effort to make herself a victim, and is revealing of her character”:
UPDATE on this: Clarke’s ex- husband, Reginald Avery, tells @DailySignal of her allegations to CNN:” I deny it of course, and think this a sad and pathetic effort to make herself a victim, and is revealing of her character” .https: //t. co/t2RoIk9UeE

The corporate media is uninterested. Clarke is a black, female Democrat. She is precious. She will be protected. Period.
Do you really think a corporate media is to blame for everything?
…wo n’t lie to you about absolutely everything?
