In what researchers believe to be an incomplete murder agreement, the couple had been planning for several weeks, a 21-year-old Utah girl has been detained for her sister’s murder.
According to an affidavit obtained by KSL, police received a report just before 3: 30 p.m. on Tuesday that a” 21-year-old woman was dead inside the house and had died from a gunshot wound.”
Responding officers found Garfield, the dying pal— who has not been officially named — and Garfield’s parents, who made the 911 call and said the sufferer had been shot around 10: 45 a. m.
A 9mm shot was likewise found near the defendant’s system, KUTV reported.
According to the affidavit,” Police learned that the deceased 21-year-old woman had been reportedly planning on killing herself up for several days” and had a murder agreement with Heavenly Faith Garfield.
When investigators reached out to another friend of the victim, who “was able to provide text messages he had received from the victim stating that she intended to commit suicide, but was too scared to kill herself,” added more context.
The victim had also told him that she intended to kill herself with her friend, whom he identified as Heavenly Faith, and that one of them would kill the other, and then kill themselves, according to the friend, according to police.
Garfield and the victim had been talking about the pact with each other for a number of weeks, according to family members who were interviewed by the investigators.
Garfield is still imprisoned without bail and is accused of killing someone with a gun.  ,
