Sen. J. D. Vance (R-OH) is accusing President Joe Biden of using tax breaks from the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, to give illegal creatures ‘hard-earned income’.
On Friday, Biden finalized a law that opens Obamacare to DACA improper creatures. Vance reacted by saying the action shows how the management is assisting illegal aliens while leaving Americans on.
” There’s an extraordinary turmoil at our southern borders, we’ve got big issues around the world, and people all across Ohio are getting crushed by prices”, Vance said in a speech:
Your hard-earned cash will be given to illegal immigrants in the form of taxpayer-funded care, which is Joe Biden’s response to all of this. Every diligent American who abides by the law may be hit in the face, and Donald Trump’s election would be the last thing on his hands. ]Emphasis added]
Vance has much spearheaded efforts to stop the Trump administration from granting DACA illegal aliens access to Obamacare.
The” No Obamacare for Illegal Aliens Act” legislation, introduced last year by Rep. Josh Brecheen (R-OK ), was discussed in Breitbart News.
According to Vance,” the British taxpayer should never be required to pay for the healthcare costs for illegal immigrants.” According to common sense, those who violate our laws should n’t be able to benefit from public programs aimed at lawful citizens.
Vance and other Republicans wrote to Health and Human Services ( HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra to request that the plan be completely abandoned.
According to Vance, the Biden administration’s decision contradicts President Obama’s claim that the Affordable Care Act do not cover improper newcomers with care, referring to when former President Obama declared in 2012 that outlawed creatures would never be able to enroll in Obamacare.
