Pro- Palestinian protesters are probably committing committing the crime of” Conspiracy Against Rights” in their global “encampments” at colleges. However, the Department of Justice ( DOJ) is not charging them.
Otherwise, the DOJ is indicting former US President Donald Trump for his alleged involvement in the Capitol riot. While pursuing a political trial, the DOJ ignores a real plot to endanger Jews ‘ civil rights.
According to a report from Breitbart News last month, Special Counsel Jack Smith filed four criminal charges against Trump for the mob on January 6, 2021. One of the rules he is alleged to possess violated is , 18 U. S. C§ 241,” Conspiracy Against Rights”. The Ku Klux Klan (KKK) was one of the enforcement acts that President Ulysses S. Grant passed in the first 1870s to condemn and hinder them from attempting to intimidate newly-released black Americans nationwide.
The statute’s speech states:
If two or more persons conspire to destroy, oppress, threaten, or scare any man in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free practice or pleasure of any right or opportunity secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having thus exercised the similar, or
If two or more people disguise themselves as being on the highway or on someone else’s property to stop or impede their right or opportunity from being exercised or benefited in accordance with this agreement,
They are subject to fines under this subject or imprisonment for ten years, or both, and if death occurs as a result of an offense committed in violation of this area, such as a theft or attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual misuse, an attempt to kill, or a sentence to death.
In the Trump case, the prosecution is no requesting the death sentence.
It is unclear how” Conspiracy Against Rights” applies to Trump. In his accusation from last year, Smith claimed that Trump’s” conspiracy against the right to vote and to have one’s voting counted” was a” plot against the right to vote and to have person’s ballot counted.” However, sometimes opposing candidates in a contested vote attempt to omit contentious vote. Additionally, it’s challenging to understand how the statute’s rest of the terminology works.
In comparison, consider the pro- Arab “encampments” — “on the grounds of another”. They prevent learners, faculty, and employees of institutions from expressing their individual, dissenting views. Additionally, they interfere with Jewish students ‘ safety and studies. On Friday, previous Harvard President Larry Summers argued that the “encampment” at Harvard , violates , the legal rights of Jewish kids. Related claims are made in a lawsuit against Northwestern University.
Also, many of the pro- Israeli activists involved in the “encampments” and demonstrations wear masks — whether , keffiyehs or KN95 masks acquainted from the coronavirus crisis. They do so to hide their identities. Because of the KKK’s covert efforts, the” Conspiracy Against Rights” act directly mentions those who “go in disguise” as the KKK did and continues to do. The “disguises” worn in the “encampments” match the crime.
Lastly, we know that there is a plot across states — and perhaps even abroad — to rear the activists. New York Police Department’s Tarik Sheppard said but directly on Fox News on Thursday, noting that “agitators” are traveling from campus to campus, and money may be coming from “around the planet”.
Tarik Sheppard, the deputy commissioner of public information for the NYPD, said to Neil,” We’re very confident that these, outside agitators and influences were present and will continue to be present at these protests.” pic. twitter.com/PKwKAdFyu8

The activists are allegedly front organizations for Hamas, according to a recent lawsuit brought against them.
Thus, the pro- Palestinian “encampments” fit all of the elements of ,  ,” Conspiracy Against Rights”. They intimidate black Americans by using masks and obscene displays to scare Jews, akin to the KKK’s actions. Trump did n’t do anything of the sort.
While Jack Smith pursues Trump, Attorney General Merrick Garland and DOJ Civil Rights Division head Kristen Clarke, who was once accused of antisemitism, have kept quiet about campus antisemitism.
