Former US president Barack Obama’s secretary of learning Arne Duncan was photographed posing next to a Chicago alder who has been criticized for speaking in front of a damaged American flag at an anti-Israel camp.
At an anti-Israel camp at the University of Chicago, Duncan was photographed standing next to Alderman Byron Sigcho-Losso, who represents Chicago’s 25th clinic, in a blog from the Alliance of Democratic Staff from the Mayor’s Office and the Chicago area government.
On Monday, Sigcho-Los was spotted speaking at the university’s camp.
Sigcho-Los Angeles has recently received criticism from some Chicago councillors and veterans after speaking at a protest event where the National symbol was burned, according to CBS News.
How can a representative from an elected position support soldiers properly and stand up for a burned American flag? Marco Torres, an Army senior said at the moment.

The Democratic National Convention ( DNC), which is scheduled to take place in Chicago in August, should be called off at the rally Sigcho-Lose had attended in March.
Sigcho- Lopez apparently stood in front of a symbol that read,” Cancel The DNC, No Holocaust Joe In Chicago”.
At the Sigcho-Lose demonstration, President Joe Biden received even more harsh criticism for how he handled the Israeli and Hamas battle.
In response to the criticism at the time, Sigcho-Losario stated that the flag had been burned before attending the march and that he does not approve of burning the American flag.
The Chicago town government, with the help of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson’s link voting, passed a resolution in January, calling for a peace in the Israel and Hamas battle.
Since a second anti-Israel camp was established at Columbia University on April 17, Duncan’s presence at the University of Chicago comes as anti-Israel protests and protests have sprung up all over the country on campus. Numerous students were suspended the following morning, and thousands of demonstrators were detained.
