Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf ( PTI), has accused Qazi Faez Isa, the chief justice of Pakistan ( CJP), of bias against his party and requested that the courts move his case through.
From Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail, Khan emphasized the need for proper trials, labeling the difficulties in court judgments as unfair.
He claimed that all of his accusations were unfounded and fake. Referring to CJP Isa’s speech, Khan said,” He stated that there is no strain on him, but force comes to those who refuse to engage in crime. You are behaving like]government’s ] B- staff against PTI”.
Khan cited the unresolved issues involving PTI’s political image, alleged rigging in general elections, and the standing of PTI’s petitions as evidence against his claims that PTI was denied a level playing field.
He criticized the court for making” coerced” choices, and urged Supreme Court judges to follow great court precedent and reject arbitrary choices.
Khan conditioned discourse on the return of what he claimed was a” taken authority” and the transfer of imprisoned party employees. He stressed that speech normally occurs with opponents, hinting at a possible bargaining with PTI’s perceived opponents.
Fawad Chaudhry, a former PTI president, claimed that Shehbaz Sharif may be achieved if Khan struck a deal with the creation.
Chaudhry’s remarks came into public during discussions about Shehryar Afridi, a mature PTI head, allegedly initiating discussions between the PTI and the establishment. Instead of speaking to “rejected people” who had already gathered in Parliament through Form 47, PTI leader Shehryar Afridi stated that his party would “dialogue with the chief of army staff ( COAS ) and the director general of the Inter-Services Intelligence ( DG ISI) soon.”
Shehbaz Sharif’s present risks, according to Chaudhry, come from outside forces rather than from within his party.
