An Amazon delivery vehicle shot and killed an reported armed carjacker around 4: 00 p. m. Saturday in Cleveland’s Ohio City area.
WKYC reported , that the suspect reportedly approached the Amazon driver intending to take the delivery truck “at gun”.
The alleged carjacker was shot by the Amazon pilot, who managed to enter and drive the delivery truck before colliding with it shortly after.
Cleveland 19 noted , it is unclear exactly when the Amazon vehicle shot the suspect, who was pronounced dead at the scene after crashing the vehicle.
According to USA Today, the reported carjacker was 17 years old.
At this time, no charges have been brought against the vehicle.
