If elected president, past president Donald Trump, who is expected to face president Joe Biden in the election for president in 2024, said he is willing to use the US military to arrest thousands of illegal immigrants.
Trump was questioned about using the military to arrest illegal immigrants during an exam with Time.
” When we talk defense, generally speaking, I talk National Guard. I’ve used the National Guard in Minneapolis. And if I did n’t use it, I do n’t think you’d have Minneapolis standing right now, because it was really bad. However, I consider the National Guard. But if I thought things were getting out of control, I would have no trouble using the defense, per se. We have to have security in our nation. We have to own law and order in our state”, Trump said. ” And whichever gets us that, the National Guard will do the work,” he says.
Trump remarked that” we have no selection” but to arrest thousands of illegal immigrants who have crossed the open border into the United States.

” I do n’t believe this is sustainable for a country, what’s happening to us, with probably 15 million and maybe as many as 20 million by the time Biden’s out”, Trump said. ” Twenty million individuals, many of them from prison, many of them from prison, many of them from intellectual corporations. I mean, you see what’s going on in Venezuela and other locations. They’re becoming a significant safer”.
Period challenged Trump’s plan to use the defense for his imprisonment function, arguing the Posse Comitatus Act pubs the use of the U. S. army against civilians.

Yes, you must do everything you can to prevent border crime and what is happening there.
