Writers this week asked former president Donald Trump queries about the Manhattan business records trial’s judge and witnesses, questions that, if he responded, would violate Judge Juan Merchan’s stringent gag buy and put him in jail.
Merchan’s joke order prohibits Trump from commenting on lawyers another than Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, their employees and family members, Merchan’s community members, and trial testimony and judges.

In addition, Trump has criticized Merchan and the two additional New York courts in cases involving him that are subject to a joke purchase.

Trump ignored that issue and slammed the joke order as “unconstitutional” and criticized the test.

However, Daniels, whose true name is Stephane Clifford, apparently delivered witness but lurid that it drew condemnation from Merchan and prompted Trump’s defense team to call for a trial.
