Franziska Giffey, a former city governor and senator from Berlin, was somewhat hurt when a guy struck her with a bag full of an unnamed hard object. A 74- yr- ancient suspect, who was formerly known to police for hate crime and unknown incidents against state security, has been detained, police said, adding the suspect was believed to possess mental health issues.
