Former US attorney Paul Butler claimed on MSNBC’s” The ReidOut” that Stormy Daniels, the legend of the adult film series Stormy Daniels, was wrong when she was being questioned during her cross-examination at the New York business history test.
Discussing defense counsel Susan Necheles ‘ questions today in court, host Joy Reid said,” This kind of ego- stroking Trump and, you know, attacking Stormy Daniels because Trump ca n’t do it — that does n’t seem to me to be a defense”.
Butler said,” It’s a performance for the client. Therefore, a security attorney’s job is to undermine a witness’s credibility for the prosecution. And in reality, Stormy Daniels had some bag. She claimed she would go to prison more than pay Trump a dime because she lost a libel event with him. The defence did not, however, concentrate on that during their combination. They behaved as though she was a fallen person during a 1950s test in Mississippi.
He added,” There was this course part. She was treated like garbage by them. This former Vanity Fair model, who they did n’t treat in the same way as Hope Hicks last week, stands out in stark contrast to this. She was actually given child mittens by them. And so, I do n’t believe the jury will find this to be very useful. In 2024, I do n’t believe classism and sexism will appear on a Manhattan jury.
